My name is Lukáš Eršil. I have an amazing wife and two great boys. A few years ago I got my first taste of genAI, right when ChatGPT came out. And I started making my project manager job easier.
Today I work as an AI Graphic Engineer for New York based Sageworx and I run AIMOREAL studio, which makes AI visuals and video for companies, cities and non-profits. I'm an ambassador for Adobe Firefly, CapCut, HeyGen and Magnific, and a creative partner of many other global AI tools, where I test new features before they go public.
I teach individuals, companies and public offices how to work with AI, and at the same time I use generators every day to "shoot" ads, clips and things just for fun. That's why in my trainings I don't show what AI could theoretically do. I show what worked for me last week and where I got stuck.
I started out in economics, not in tech. I went through the Apelby corporate world, the ICUK innovation centre and the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic. I know what a budget, a grant, a public tender and a meeting that could have been an email look like.
Today I teach ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, image and video generators, vibe coding and building your own agents. Whatever stops making sense gets cut from the syllabus.
AI will change within a year. The habit you take away lasts longer.
