Frequently asked questions
Is ChatGPT Plus enough, or do we need a business plan?
I can run the course on either. A business plan does not train on your data by default and includes user management. On Plus we switch that off manually in the settings. I'll recommend one based on what you'll put into ChatGPT.
Custom GPTs are being retired. What do we use instead?
New Custom GPTs can no longer be created on personal accounts, and OpenAI says the existing ones will be retired by the end of 2026. That's why I build the training around projects with instructions and files. On business plans I also show skills.
Can the training be done online?
Yes. The main format is on site at your company. I price the online version according to scope.
