At the Jablonec nad Nisou town hall I trained civil servants in the morning and mayors in the afternoon, almost 50 people. Training for a public office starts with rules: what can go into AI and who is accountable for the output.

For advanced teams
In the advanced version, a department that already uses AI puts it to work on its own casework. The rules from the basics still apply, and we add how to make the output hold up under public scrutiny.
- An agent that works through internal directives, local bylaws and grant calls. It finds, checks and prepares a briefing with a link to the source.
- Checking council papers or grant applications against the brief. Inconsistent numbers, missing attachments, mismatch with the call.
- An internal app with data hosted in an EU region and roles by department. And when to commission it from a supplier instead.
- Business-tier AI plans instead of personal accounts. What is stored where, for how long and who manages it at the office.

Prices are final and include travel anywhere in the Czech Republic. I invoice as a registered sole trader and I'm not VAT registered. The training can be an eligible cost under a grant, depending on the terms of the grant call.

Frequently asked questions
Can we put citizens' personal data into AI?
Not into consumer AI tools. In the training we set what can go into AI, how to anonymise data and which plans don't train on it. The final word belongs to your data protection officer.
Can councillors with no AI experience manage it?
Yes. The block for councillors is built for beginners. It takes 2 hours and fits before a council session.
Do you also train smaller municipalities?
Yes. Smaller municipalities can team up through a municipal association or a local action group (MAS) and share the training. Travel is included in the price.
